The young Harry lives a miserable life with his aunt and uncle, Vernon and Petunia, when a giant (actually a half-giant) breaks down the door and shouts, "You're a wizard, Harry! In short time, he learns that he is a wizard and that magic really exists. He also learns the true circumstances of his parents' death, the reason for the scar on his forehead and much more over the years, starting with the existence of Hogwarts, the famous wizarding school! Before boarding the Hogwarts Express, Harry goes to Traverse Road to get everything he needs for school.

Welcome to Hogwarts, the future Harry Potter school!
Heading to Hogwarts! All the students and future students are going to the Kingscross train station and more specifically to platform 9 ¾, to take the Hogwarts Express to the most prestigious wizarding school. The director of the school of witchcraft and wizardry, Albus Dumbledore, and his second in command, the highly respected Minerva McGonagall, welcome the new students. Among them, we can find Harry Potter, his new friends Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, and his enemy Draco Malfoy.
One of the professors of the academy is not very happy to see the arrival of the new wizard Harry. Tensions quickly arise between him and Professor Snape.
Except for this small collision, the festivities begin and with them the sorting ceremony. The sorting hat will determine the house of predilection of each student among the prestigious ones: Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff.

Gryffindor: what are wizarding values?
10 points for Gryffindor! Gryffindor House is known for accepting only the strongest and bravest students. The 4 skills required to enter are: courage, strength, peace and boldness. The coat of arms is a golden lion, the symbol of courage.
Harry, Ron and Hermione joined Gryffindor and made many friends. And from what we hear, they all became excellent wizards! In fact, the greatest wizard (who is none other than Dumbledore) studied at Gryffindor. Slytherin: Which wizards go in this house?
Oh Slytherin! The house that almost everyone fears except for the wizards who are cunning, clever and full of ambition and ingenuity. The house emblem is a green and silver snake in honor of the founder who was a parseltongue. In the past, only pureblood students were accepted.
Rumors say that Slytherin wizards learn dark magic and often go bad... If we take the case of wizard Tom Riddle, more known as "You-Know-Who"... Then the rumors may be true.

Ravenclaw: what are the house colors?
The house of the nerds by excellence! Ravenclaw rewards and selects students who are wise in spirit, rigorous and curious to learn. The emblem of the coat of arms represents a bronze eagle in a blue light, sign of intellectual light. Did you know that Hermione Granger almost went to this house during the sorting ceremony?
Members of this house are not only intelligent wizards who prioritize academics, they all have a quirky side like Luna Lovegood.

Hufflepuff: what does the emblem represent?
Last but not least: Hufflepuff. This is the house of quiet strength, where the students are friendly, kind and intelligent. Be careful not to underestimate the students of this house. The emblem of the house, the badger, may not be impressive at first glance, but the animal can be quite formidable when provoked.
The house values students who are dedicated, patient, loyal, kind and fair. All qualities that represent Cedric Diggory. Remember, he almost won the Cup of Fire!
