My account
How does the loyalty points system work?
ABYstyle rewards your loyalty by allowing you to collect points for every purchase!
To be more precise: €1 spent = 1 loyalty point = €0.05 to be converted into a discount voucher.
For example, for every €20 you spend on our site, you'll earn 20 loyalty points which will be credited to your account when your order is dispatched. Then convert these points into a €1 discount voucher for your next order!
To find out more, visit your customer account to find out how many loyalty points you have and how to use them at any time.
Your loyalty points are available 1 year from the date of purchase of your product that generated the points. Please take this information into account when converting your loyalty points into a voucher.
I've earned loyalty points. How can I use them?
To find out how many loyalty points you have, go to the My loyalty points section in your customer area. You will then have access to your loyalty history and the total points available. To use your points, you must first convert them into a discount voucher. To do this, click on the "Convert my points into a € voucher" button.
You'll then be able to find the generated discount code in the section.
Then go to the "Vouchers" tab, copy the voucher code and copy it into your basket by clicking on "Do you have a voucher code?
Where can I find my credits?
On the "My account" tab, go to the "In-store credits" tab. Here you will find a summary of your credits.
How do I change my account informations?
On the "My account" tab, go to the "Informations" tab. You can change here your address and personal account informations.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, contact Customer Services using the contact form. The contact form is accessible at the bottom of the page throughout the site.
My shopping cart
How do I add my promotional code?
Once you're in your shopping cart, click on "Do you have a promotional code? Enter your promotional code and click on "Add".
What payment methods are available?
You can pay for your order by PayPal, bank card or Cado card.
You can pay via PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account.
If you would like to pay for your order with a Cado card, choose payment by bank card and enter your CADO card details.
Is payment secure?
Yes, payment on our site is totally secure, as is navigation. We do not keep any of your bank details.
How do refunds work?
If you have requested a refund, we will refund you using the same method of payment you used to place your order.
The refund period depends on your bank. PayPal refunds are almost immediate.

Where can I view my orders?
On the my account tab, click on "Order history and details".
Where is my order?
When your order was sent, you were given a Colissimo tracking number.
Enter this tracking number on the following website to track your package: https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois
Please note that La Poste takes care of your parcel up to the destination country. After that, another carrier (depending on your country) will take over and you will be given a new tracking number.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not been dispatched, please contact our customer service department using the contact form in your order history.
If your order has already been dispatched, you cannot cancel or modify it.
Please note that once you have paid for your order, no product can be added or deleted.
The size of my product doesn't fit, what should I do?
Please contact our customer service department via the contact form in your order to let them know your return and the size you would like to receive.
If the size of your t-shirt or sweatshirt doesn't suit you, you can send your product back to us at the following address:

My product is faulty, what should I do?
Please contact our customer service department using the contact form in your order, enclosing a photo of your faulty product.
Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible.
How do I get an invoice for my order?
Your invoice was sent to you by email when you made your purchase.
You can also find it in your order history, where you can access your invoices.
I don't like the product, how do I return it?
Please contact our customer service department via the contact form in your order to let them know your return and your refund request.

Our Products
Where are your products made?
All our products are passionately designed and engineered in France or by our english team in the UK. We have workshops in France and the UK to finalize the creation of our products. We delegate the production of certain items to our partners in China.
Are your products official?
All our products are manufactured under official licenses. They are designed and thought through with the rights holders and our in-house product managers.
The product I want to buy is no longer in stock. How do I know when it will be available again?
You can contact our customer service department, who will be able to give you an approximate date when the product will be back in stock.
You can also add the product to your wish list to make it easier to find when it's back in stock.
The product I want to buy is no longer in stock. Can I pre-order it?
With a few exceptions, only certain new figurines are available for pre-order.
How do I care for my products?
We invite you to consult the product packaging. It will tell you how to care for your products, and how to wash them in the case of washable items.
We recommend washing our textiles at 30° maximum.
3D mugs, heat change mugs and certain other mugs are not dishwasher or microwave-safe.

What are the delivery times?
Our orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.
They are then handed over to Colissimo, who is responsible for delivery.
Colissimo delivery in mainland France can vary from 3 to 5 working days.
These times are the same for most European destinations.
